We accept exchanges and store credit within 7 days with no signs of stains or scent. Please be mindful, we are made to order, if we do not have the size you're looking to exchange we will have to make it for you. Therefore, garments will take 4-14 business days to produce. When returning for an exchange or store credit, we will always provide a return shipping postage via email.
Follow the steps below on how to return items:
Step 1 - Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com stating the reason for your return. Please include all of your items you wish to return. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock.
Step 2- You will receive a shipping label from us to ship your items back to us.
For International exchanges, please return to IZAYLA within 9 days of receiving your shipping label. If the return arrives outside this time (without agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you.
Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either email you if your item can be exchanged for another color/size or not.
If your item(s) are not able to be exchanged you will receive a Store Credit Note, via email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned and with 1-year validity (and not redeemable in cash).
IZAYLA reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a exchange nor store credit will be granted.

If your order isn't in stock to ship next day. Your order will be made to order.Please allow 4-14 business days to make your garment and 2 business days to ship. Check our instant buys for next day shipping for items that we currently have in stock.
Yes, we do ship internationally with the cost of $40.00.
Shipments are sent by UPS and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
IZAYLA is not responsible for customs charges in the case of international purchases.

When buying silk from Izayla, please only dry clean to ensure the quality of you garment. Keep in mind, silk does wrinkle when wearing which is normal. Make sure to steam out your silk before wearing to have flawless look.
