Can items be exchanged? 

We only accept exchanges within 7 days with no signs of stains or scent. Please be mindful, we are made to order, if we do not have the size you're looking to exchange we will have to make it for you. Therefore, garments will take 4-14 business days to produce. When returning for an exchange, we will always provide a return shipping postage via email.

how long does made to order take?

If your order isn't in stock to ship next day. Your order will be made to order.Please allow 4-14 business days to make your garment and 2 business days to ship. Check our instant buys for next day shipping for items that we currently have in stock.

How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship internationally with the cost of $40.00.

Shipments are sent by UPS and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

what are the care instructions for taking care of silk?

When buying silk from Izayla, please only dry clean to ensure the quality of you garment. Keep in mind, silk does wrinkle when wearing which is normal. Make sure to steam out your silk before wearing to have flawless look.
